Customers are responsible for ensuring shipment information is accurate, shipment contents are lawful, packaging is suitable for transportation, labels are accurate, required documentation is complete, and customs information is correct. Customers remain responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by them.
Customers must not ship prohibited or unlawful goods, including but not limited to dangerous goods prohibited by law, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, explosives, firearms without legal authorization, hazardous materials where prohibited, or any item prohibited under applicable laws or carrier regulations. Stepin Delivery may inspect shipments where permitted by law.
Estimated delivery times are provided for planning purposes only. Delivery schedules may be affected by weather conditions, airline delays, customs inspections, government actions, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, operational constraints, and force majeure events.
Stepin Delivery will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver shipments within expected timelines but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time unless expressly agreed in writing.
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges, including freight charges, fuel surcharge, taxes, GST, airport charges, handling charges, storage charges, and other applicable fees. Invoices are payable according to agreed credit terms. Late payments may attract interest and recovery costs where permitted by law.
All content available on this Platform, including but not limited to logo, branding, software, website design, images, graphics, icons, databases, documents, text, and source code, is owned by or licensed to Stepin Delivery and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith discussions. The seat of arbitration shall be Gurugram, Haryana, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Subject to the above, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
